When is Christmas I love to eat sarmale. In English, that would be translated as cabbage meat rolls. I know people might find them in Canada as well, but it’s not the same taste, since it’s not the same recipe. The rolls can have one kind of meat, or two. Usually, but not always, we prefer the ones with pork meat, since in my country we eat pork for Christmas, not turkey. Rice and vegetables are also added in the mixture.
